All orders are manually checked before the shipping costs are finalized. This means that the shipping costs shown on the order confirmation are only indicative. The final amount may be higher and will only be confirmed after our review.
Would you prefer to collect your order? This is only possible by appointment and after we have confirmed that your order is ready. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is prepared.
Delivery to a specific location, such as a fairground, is always subject to approval. This is not a standard service and is only possible by prior arrangement. However, our fixed delivery routes have already been prepared for you and can easily be selected during the checkout process. If you require a different location, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities.
All orders of larger plush items (85 cm and above) placed in higher quantities will be delivered on wooden pallets. This ensures safe transport, better stability during shipping, and more efficient handling upon arrival at your warehouse or retail location.
